Cardholder authorizes one-time and/or scheduled charges as noted above by Scenic Escapes Travel LLC and/or their authorized vendors to the attached credit card on agreed upon date, for the agreed upon amounts, for the agreed upon period of time.
Cardholder will receive no prior notification of charges unless the amount changes. In which case you will receive notice from us at least 10 days prior to the payment being collected.
Cardholder understands that if the scheduled payment date falls on a holiday or weekend, that the payment may be executed on the next business day and payments may take 3-5 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement.
Cardholder understands that this authorization will remain in effect until they cancel it in writing. Cardholder agrees to notify Scenic Escapes Travel LLC in writing any changes in account information.
Cardholder understands that his/her signature on this form will serve as authorized signature on the Debit/Credit Card charge slips. This authorization is valid for a period of 180 days.
Cardholder understands and agrees to be liable for all authorized charges in the event the Debit/Credit Card is declined and/or cannot be processed for any reason and indemnify and hold Scenic Escapes Travel LLC harmless against any liability pursuant to this authorization. Cardholder agrees that any claim or suit arising from this agreement shall be filed in the County of Oklahoma, in the state of Oklahoma. Cardholder further agrees that the prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recovery of all attorney fees and costs incurred about such action.
